Return/Refund Policy

We have a 15-day return/refund policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligible returns must be in the same condition that you received, unused and/or damaged. If your item is damaged when it arrives then take a picture of the package and send it to me so I can file a claim with the shipping carrier and I will refund or replace your items upon you returning them to me.

If your return meets the above listed criteria is accepted, we will notify you via email to send the item back.  If you return your order for any other reason than it is damaged. The customer is responsible for shipping both ways. If the item is damaged or has some kind of manufacture defect, we will cover shipping both ways. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled as long as it has not shipped.  Once customer receives shipping confirmation email, orders cannot be canceled.  

If you choose to get a refund
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
